Christos joined the independent bar in 2021, after working as a senior associate in the dispute resolution team at Rigby Cooke Lawyers in Victoria.

Christos has completed a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Adelaide. He was admitted in December 2004 as a solicitor in South Australia. From 2018 to 2020, Christos was admitted as a solicitor in Victoria. 

In 2019, Christos was a member of the Honourable Justice Maxwell’s Solicitor Advocates for Change, which is His Honour’s gender equity campaign in the legal profession.

Christos has wide-ranging experience appearing as instructor and advocate in the state and federal courts in SA and Victoria for large corporations and private individuals.

Christos has experience and accepts briefs in the following areas:

  • Common Law – Negligence.
  • Commercial Law – Consumer Law, Contractual Disputes, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law, Corporations Law, Insurance and Professional Negligence Law, Leases and Property. 
  • Equity and Trusts – Family Provision, Powers of Attorney, Wills and Probate, and Real Property.
