Since admission to practice in 1989, Rick Manuel has worked primarily in employment and industrial law. Representing employers of all sizes, Rick quickly established a strong reputation for his work in State and Federal jurisdictions.
In 2005, he was a founding partner of EMA Legal, before leaving to join the bar in 2009. Since then, he has continued to act primarily for employers in industrial disputes.
In addition, Rick Manuel has significant experience in the area of human rights’ law, contracts and anti-discrimination law, and is also an accredited mediator.
